At Almacenes Flamingo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original condition.

Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your invoice or packing slip.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
